You will play a critical role in establishing our Pioneering Chat Support Team. This is a startup company; therefore, ideas, challenges, and opportunities are welcome to the leadership team for continued growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

• Convert chat interactions into sales opportunities.
• Efficiently manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining quality responses.
• Handle assigned shifts, promptly addressing inquiries and completing shift-related tasks.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Protect the confidentiality of the company, clients, and visitors.

Requirements:

• Preferred, but not required: Chat Support experience.
• Strong written communication skills for clear, concise text-based interactions.
• Open to fresh graduates or with no prior BPO experience. 
• Must possess typing skills with a minimum speed of 35 WPM.

Work Schedule & Setup:

• Must be amenable to work onsite near Ayala Business Park, Cebu City.
• Open to working flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
