Role Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence. In this on-site role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and monitoring performance across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Create and execute strategies to grow and engage audiences. Oversee content scheduling, account activities, and community interactions.
- Content & Campaigns: Work to develop and curate engaging content. Plan and launch promotional campaigns to drive audience growth.
- Analytics: Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance account performance.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain a positive online community, ensuring high levels of audience satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience growing social media accounts organically.
Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with promoting content on social media
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Strong communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Ability to work on-site and excel in a fast-paced environment.
