Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative with experience in voice support within a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding customer service, we’d like to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with their queries.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Utilize our knowledge base to find answers to product-specific questions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and demonstrate empathy in challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized under pressure.
Work Schedule & Setup:
- Must be amenable to work onsite near Ayala Business Park, Cebu City.
- Open to working flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
