We are seeking a skilled Data Reporting Specialist to join our team in the Philippines.

Role Overview:

As a Data Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data reports that support business decision-making. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and presenting data in a clear, actionable format. You will ensure that stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Report Development: Create and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
• Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
• Data Visualization: Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their reporting needs and provide relevant data solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
• Compliance: Adhere to data security policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in data reporting, particularly in a BPO setting, is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reporting tools (Google Suite, SQL, Power BI) and experience with data analysis.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and data management.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
