Role Overview:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be integral to the success of our management team. In our startup environment, we highly value innovation, welcome challenges, and seize opportunities for growth. Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents and presentations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Project Assistance: Support project management, track milestones, and assist in project execution.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure data protection.
  • Operational Coordination: Assist in coordinating with different departments and ensuring smooth communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in an executive assistant role, ideally within the BPO industry is a PLUS.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, BPO tools, CRM, and collaboration platforms (Asana, Slack, Zoom).
  • Administrative Skills: Familiarity in calendar management, document preparation, and travel coordination.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong multitasking, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and crisis management capabilities.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Project Management: Experience in project coordination and milestone tracking.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and accommodate varied hours.
