The ideal Technical Sourcer is an effective team collaborator, problem solver, improvement guru, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service every day to the organization. Delivery of high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will source passive candidates and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and other sourcing channels.

A day in the life…

• Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements
• Identify and source technical talent
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with qualified applicants
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews

Requirements:

• 2+ years of technical recruiting or technical sourcing experience
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hands-on experience recruiting/sourcing for all levels ranging from new grads to staff 
• Knowledge & experience with applicant tracking systems 
• Fundamental sourcing skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
