Responsibilities

 
  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, browser, and connectivity-related problems.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
  • Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced technical support environment to meet service-level expectations.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary, following proper procedures.
  • Demonstrate creativity and critical thinking in diagnosing issues and identifying effective solutions.
  • Support basic network and connectivity troubleshooting when applicable.

Requirements

 
  • Minimum of 6 months of Technical Support Representative experience.
  • Must have solid computer skills, and the ability to adapt and learn technology quickly.
  • Strong phone presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy Customer / Tech Support team.
  • Experience working with browsers, spreadsheets, and text documents. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues.
  • Must be hungry to learn, caring towards others, and creative in your problem solving.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and connectivity is a plus .
  • Passionate about helping the customer. Must be positive, attentive and demonstrate the ability to do what's necessary to get the situation resolved.

Work Schedule & Setup

  • Must be amenable to work onsite at 15th Floor, 1Nito Tower Building, Cebu City.
  • Open to working flexible hours, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
