Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator (Junior) to support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and build strong operational skills in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will play a key role in keeping the office organized and supporting different teams with day-to-day administrative needs.
This is an onsite role and may occasionally require night shift coverage with advance notice based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Office Support
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
- Support coordination with vendors and building administration
- Help ensure office equipment is functioning and report issues when needed
Administrative Tasks
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization
- Support scheduling of meetings and room bookings
- Help prepare basic reports, trackers, and documents
- Handle simple email and internal coordination tasks
Team & Operational Support
- Assist with onboarding preparation (workstations, materials, access coordination)
- Support internal meetings, team activities, and office events
- Provide general support to different departments as needed
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
Compliance & Organization
- Maintain organized records and files (digital and physical)
- Follow company processes and administrative procedures
- Support documentation and tracking tasks across teams
Scheduling & Flexibility
- Be open to occasional night shift work with advance notice
- Support operational needs during peak or critical periods

- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions well
